Jennifer Hampton Receives Second NSF RUI Grant


Jennifer Hampton has received a three-year, $169,279 award from the National Science Foundation to support the Hampton Group’s research on electrochemically modified metal alloys for energy storage applications. The work, funded by the Metals and Metallic Nanostructures program of the Division of Materials Research, is based on the group’s previous NSF-funded research as well as on Hampton’s recent sabbatical at Cornell University.
